We are very excited to announce a super unique, limited edition bottle release to celebrate our third Anniversary that is woven from the fabric of our local community. Well over a year ago, we had the pleasure of collaborating with Terra Nonno winery and Adam Pipitone who donated two of their Cabernet Barrels to Mission for creative experimentation. We fermented raw Ecuadorian Panela sugar with a Prise de Mousse champagne yeast and aged it in those lovely French Oak Cabernet Barrels. 

After tasting this wonderful concoction, we decided we needed a special, locally made bottle for this release - and Skitch Manion from Working Man Handmade pulled through like a champion. Each bottle is hand made by Skitch in his glass blowing studio right in Millville.
